WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy, clearly explained.
This page describes this public information website and professional enquiry process. It is not the privacy notice for the EduAssess student application, which has separate requirements and must be reviewed before wider use.
Who we are
EduAssess ClearChoice AI is part of Blissful Course Publishing, a trading name of IMPERIAL TECH COMPANIES LIMITED (company number 12981877). EduAssess ClearChoice AI develops educational and wellbeing tools for young people. IMPERIAL TECH COMPANIES LIMITED is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and its professional enquiry service. Our registered office is 4 The Retreat, Highworth, Swindon, England, SN6 7DH. For queries about this website, contact [email protected].
Information you choose to send us
When you use the professional enquiry form, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, enquiry topic and any message you choose to include. Cloudflare Pages handles the submission and Brevo delivers it to [email protected]. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages to our Google Gmail inbox, where we receive, store and respond to correspondence.
The form does not create a student account, enrol a child or add your details to a mailing list. You can also contact us using our published email address. Providing enquiry information is voluntary; without suitable contact details, we may be unable to respond.
Please do not include a child's name, health history, safeguarding disclosure or any other sensitive personal information in your enquiry. If you send sensitive information accidentally, contact us so we can consider the appropriate action.
Our reason for handling enquiries
We use professional enquiry information to respond to requests for information, discuss demonstrations or potential pilot partnerships, and manage relevant follow-up. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR: answering enquiries that people choose to send us and managing those professional discussions.
We also rely on legitimate interests to operate and protect this website and its enquiry service, including detecting spam and preventing abuse. We consider whether these uses are necessary and proportionate and balance our interests against people's rights and reasonable expectations.
The form's contact checkbox records that you are happy to receive a response about your enquiry; it is not permission for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up at any time.
Before any pilot data is collected, participating organisations will need separate privacy information and agreements about their responsibilities. This public enquiry service does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Hosting, cookies and third-party services
We use the following services to run this website and handle enquiries:
- Cloudflare Pages: website hosting and processing form submissions.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam and bot protection. Cloudflare describes processing technical signals such as IP address, browser information and the website origin. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Brevo: transactional delivery of enquiry emails. See Brevo's privacy information and service terms, including its data-processing agreement.
- Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail: forwarding, receiving, storing and managing enquiry correspondence. See Cloudflare's privacy information and Google's privacy information.
These services process information needed to provide their services, including relevant technical records. Providers may also process some information for their own purposes as described in their privacy notices. We do not sell enquiry information or use it to add you to an unrelated marketing list.
The website does not add its own advertising or analytics cookies. Security services may use technical signals or necessary security storage to prevent abuse. We will review this notice and any applicable choices before adding new analytics, advertising or mailing-list services.
We do not ask visitors to create accounts on this public website. The EduAssess student platform is separate and is not linked from this site.
Processing outside the UK
Our providers operate internationally, so website, security and email information may be processed outside the UK, including in Europe and the United States. We do not promise that this public website's enquiry information is stored only in the UK.
Cloudflare and Google publish information about the transfer arrangements they use, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered US transfers and contractual safeguards where applicable. Cloudflare's data-processing terms also include Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum for applicable restricted transfers. Brevo's service terms explain its data-processing and sub-processor arrangements.
You can read Cloudflare's data-processing terms, Google's transfer-framework information and Brevo's data-processing terms. Contact [email protected] to request further information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry or a copy of applicable contractual safeguards.
Keeping information and your choices
For ordinary professional enquiries, we normally retain correspondence while the enquiry is active and for two years after our last meaningful contact, where needed to support demonstrations or partnership discussions across academic planning cycles. We review retained correspondence annually and delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.
Records relating to a resulting pilot agreement, contract or legal matter are retained separately for a period justified by their purpose and any applicable legal requirements. This retention approach applies to professional website enquiries, not student-platform information. Service-provider security and delivery records may have different retention arrangements, as described in their terms and settings.
You can request access to your personal information and ask us to correct inaccurate information. You can also request deletion or restriction of processing where the relevant conditions apply. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
Your right to object: You can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will consider the objection and stop the processing unless a lawful reason allows us to continue. You can also ask us to stop optional enquiry follow-up.
If you are concerned about our handling of your information, please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or telephone 0303 123 1113.
